    Affordable Homes

The Nunley Street Neighborhood of Fifeville welcomed its first new homeowners in the fall of 2006.

All six of these single family homes were created by local architects and contractors who share a bigger vision:  helping resolve the affordable housing crisis in Charlottesville.

They tackled more than just building homes, but began to create a community that considers the environment, economic, sociological, and accessible features that will allow these families to comfortably live in their homes for life.

The second phase of this development began in the winter of 2008 with an extension of Paton Street.

Ten single-family attached homes are planned for construction and one could be yours!

Homes have already been reserved for in the third and final phase of this project planned for 2009, so schedule your appointment to see them today
